  how do you practise your oral English

now, i'm taking a course called oral English, you know in China there is not a good environment for us to learn English, so i want your help: how do you practise your oral English, i hope you would give me some good suggestions, thank you

try to blend english+chinese together when speaking.
gradually switch between both languages by using more or less of each.

although it did help me learn alot when i was young, just don't pick up the habit of doing it all the time.
but one thing is you will probably always have an accent due to your surrounding.
sometimes i get my tongue tied up mixing both language together, and i'm raised here in the states.
